Got Goals? That’s great, but those goals aren’t going to accomplish themselves!
If you want to achieve your goals, you need to get the associated actions on the calendar. Want to get married? Put it on the calendar. Want to hunt a wild turkey in Eugene, Oregon - yup that’s on the calendar too. Want to get strong - get it on the calendar! Right now I’m off to do a trap bar workout, because its on my calendar for Wednesday, and that's the only way I’ll achieve my athletic/strength goals.
